Orchard Corset offers a 30-day no-hassle return and exchange policy. All corsets must be returned in their new, original condition. Domestic exchanges ship back to Orchard Corset free of charge, but due to increased shipping costs, a $7.95 fee will be assessed for returns, which will be deducted from your refund. If corsets are returned with signs of wear or damage, a 20% restocking fee of the regular, full price of the corset will be assessed. This fee will either be deducted from your refund or collected before Orchard Corset ships your exchange. If a corset is returned with missing or cut laces but is otherwise in new condition, a flat $10 restocking fee will be charged.

For special orders, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery in the US. All special order sales are final and are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

For international customers, they will be responsible for shipping both directions. Please consult a sizing expert or use Orchard Corset's corset calculator before completing your purchase.

Sales on discontinued and clearance items are subject to return approval by Orchard Corset. Items with a panty are not able to be returned for sanitary reasons. Laces are made to order and may not be returned.

Please note that anything purchased through the online store cannot be returned to the NYC store and vice-versa.
